Construction has commenced at Appin Grove!

Walker are pleased to announce that we have commenced the first stage of construction at Appin Grove, bringing future residents step closer to building their new home.

Over the next few weeks, our appointed contractor WEM Civil will be establishing site facilities and traffic controls, managing earth works and overseeing the delivery of new potable water and wastewater, electrical and communications infrastructure.

WEM Civil is carrying out these works in accordance with approved planning controls.

We are excited to be working towards our first Appin Grove residents moving into the neighbourhood in 2025.
