Exciting Progress at Appin Grove!

We’re pleased to share that all civil works for Stage 3 have now been successfully completed - bringing us one step closer to welcoming new residents to the community. The Builders Portal has been updated with everything you need for your next steps

Final approvals with Council are now underway, and registration for Stage 3 is anticipated in Late November 2025.

Stage 4 is nearing completion.

We are now adding the final touches to Stage 4, with landscaping works scheduled to begin in mid-November 2025. We are targeting registration in January 2026, so please keep an eye out for updates from our team.

We're working to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow during construction, with the temporary roundabout now operational. We look forward to keeping you updated as more infrastructure is delivered and the community takes its next steps.
