Construction has commenced at Appin Grove!

Walker is excited to provide a progress update on the significant milestones achieved at Appin Grove. Our site team has successfully finished all major civil works and is close to completing the essential sewer and water main works across the community. The installation of our internal services, including sewer reticulation, potable water, gas, electrical, and telecommunications, is continuing to make great progress across all stages. A key milestone has been the completion of street layouts, with parking bays and driveway crossovers now installed. This marks a significant step toward the final stages of completion and handover.

January 2025 will mark the completion of Stages 1 and 2, with landscaping, street trees, fencing, footpaths and asphalt roads finalised. Stages 3 and 4 will also progress through the first quarter of 2025, including the construction of a new roundabout in partnership with Transport for New South Wales.
